About

A project about the World War II, its hardships, trials, sufferings, and losses. It is about the people whose daily heroic deeds with arms in battle, before a bench in a factory, in a military hospital on a front line or on a plowland in the rear, were bringing the great Victory Day, day after day.

The digital portal has united students, daycare pupils of the Voroshilovskiy district of Rostov-on-Don, their parents and teachers. The portal was developed to perpetuate the heroic deed of the multinational people during the World War II, to counter the falsification of the events of the wartime, to foster citizenship, patriotism and national identity.

We will be updating our portal frequently with new chapters and materials.
